Ontario wineries that ship across Canada
Short answer: A growing number. Several Ontario wineries list shipping to multiple provinces on their own sites; each destination province sets its own rules.
What the official sources say
- Nine provinces signed the July 21, 2026 DTC agreement; eight are implementing it and B.C. targets February 2027 (B.C. already allows Canadian wine).
- Quebec and Yukon have not signed yet.
- Alberta requires AGLC approval for out-of-province producers.
