Can you order wine online in Quebec?
Short answer: Yes, from the SAQ’s own online store. Quebec has not yet joined the interprovincial direct-to-consumer agreement. Some out-of-province wineries still list Quebec shipping on their own sites (below); check with them before ordering.
What the official sources say
- Quebec did not sign the July 21, 2026 DTC agreement; it is establishing the infrastructure, aiming to sign on in the near future.
- SAQ.COM sells wine online in Canadian dollars, taxes included; online prices may differ from in-store prices.
- Some national wine clubs that deliver through liquor boards can only deliver in the province you ordered from (e.g. Opimian’s terms).
